TERMS OF SERVICE + EXAMPLES

General:
* I am allowed to decline your commission for any
reason it may be.
* I retain the right to post the finished commission
on my pages, unless you explicitly ask me no to.Usage:
* My art is not to be used for any Ai use, nfts and
is made for personal use only unless we come to
another agreement stating otherwise.
* Personal usage includes profile pictures, banners,
or physical copies of the work for themselfs.
* Non personal usage includes using it for
promotional purposes, mass production and/or
profiting off of the commissioned piece.
* Do not trace or alter commissioned pieces
* Properly credit me when using the commission.Turnaround and alterations:
* My turnaround time tends to be around 2-14 days,
client will be messaged if any further delays!
* I send updates through every step, sketch,
cleaned up sketch, lineart, base color and render.
* During the sketch phases you may request
alterations of the piece, however if you ask for major
alterations after the sketching phase it will cost
extra.Payment and refunds
* Payment is half upfront and rest upon completion
plus any additional charges if there were major
alterations. This is unless you pay via ko-fi.
* Cancelling may also only be done early in in the
process of your commission.
* Refunds can also only be made at the start of the
process. Or if i'm unable to complete the commission.
